RISE UP 26/27 PROGRAMME OF SUPPORT

RISE Up 26-27 offer.png

Create the Conditions for Your Young People to Thrive

What would you like to be different by next summer?

Attendance? Behaviour? Engagement? Belonging? Enrichment? Staff confidence? Family relationships?

RISE Up isn't an off-the-shelf wellbeing programme or a one-off training day.

We do deep work with your school.

We take the time to understand your young people, your educators, your context and what you're trying to change.

Then we work alongside you to co-create and embed an award-winning, bespoke wellbeing programme built around your priorities through relationships, movement and self-care.

INTENT → IMPLEMENTATION → IMPACT

From your first conversation to evidencing what changed, we stand alongside your educators throughout the journey.

We Start With Your Young People, Not Our Programme

No two schools are the same. So why should their wellbeing programmes be?

You might want to:

✓ Improve attendance and engagement
✓ Reduce dysregulation and behaviour incidents
✓ Strengthen relationships and belonging
✓ Re-engage young people with PE and movement
✓ Develop your enrichment offer
✓ Build stronger relationships with families
✓ Give staff greater confidence supporting complex needs
✓ Improve staff wellbeing
✓ Support transition
✓ Intervene earlier, before challenges escalate

We don't arrive with a predetermined solution and expect your school to fit around it.

We listen first.

Together, we identify the approaches most likely to make a difference for your young people and give your educators the training, tools and support to embed them well.

Your context shapes the programme. Not the other way around.

Your RISE Up 26/27 Journey

1. INTENT

What are you trying to change?

Every partnership starts by listening.

We explore your priorities, strengths, challenges, existing provision and the needs of your young people and educators.

Together, we co-create your bespoke strategic vision for wellbeing and turn it into a focused 90-day implementation plan.

Your Intent stage includes:

✓ A Bespoke Strategic Vision
✓ A 90-Day Implementation Plan
✓ School Wellbeing Scorecard
✓ RISE 24 Wellbeing Intelligence Snapshot for a Key Focus Group
✓ A Copy of Time to RISE Up - Supporting Students' Mental Health in Schools

Your school. Your young people. Your vision.

2. IMPLEMENTATION

Turning Your Vision Into Everyday Practice

A strategy sitting in a document won't transform a young person's life.

Educators will.

That's why we don't hand over a plan and disappear.

We train, equip and support your educators to bring your strategic vision to life through:

✓ In-person CPD and consultation throughout the year bespoke to your vision
✓ Unlimited RISE Up Early Intervention training
✓ Unlimited Trauma Informed PE training
✓ Unlimited Trauma Informed Frontline Educators training
✓ Unlimited Staff RISE Up wellbeing training
✓ Editable practical resources
✓ RISE Up Student Wellbeing Journals
✓ Ongoing implementation support

And we don't leave your lead staff carrying the implementation alone.

We work alongside them to make change manageable within the realities of school life.

Throughout the year, we keep asking:

What's working? What's getting in the way? What do we need to adapt?

Because meaningful culture change takes more than a training day.

3. IMPACT

What Actually Changed?

We don't want you to finish the year simply saying:

“We delivered RISE Up.”

We want you to be able to say:

“This is what changed for our young people.”

Together, we measure progress, listen to your young people and educators, reflect on the learning and co-create your impact case study.

That gives you evidence to support:

✓ School improvement
✓ Inspection conversations
✓ Performance management
✓ Governors and leadership
✓ Families and stakeholders
✓ Future planning

But impact isn't just about proving something worked.

It's about learning from what happened, celebrating the educators and young people who made it happen and deciding what comes next.

Intent. Implementation. Impact.

One joined-up journey from your first priorities to lasting culture change.

This Isn't About a Quick Fix

It's About Building a Culture That Lasts

The Intent → Implementation → Impact cycle gives us a framework for each academic year.

But at its best, RISE Up isn't a one-year intervention.

It's a 3–4 year journey towards creating a deep, bespoke wellbeing culture that permeates throughout your setting to help your young people and staff.

And that doesn't mean trying to implement everything at once.

Quite the opposite.

YEAR 1

Start Focused. Build Confidence.

There are more than 17 ways RISE Up can be brought to life in a school.

Whole School Impact for RISE Up Aug '26 v3.png

In year one, we typically identify just 2–4 approaches that best meet the needs of your young people, educators and context.

That's deliberate.

Reduce overwhelm.
Build staff confidence.
Develop trust in the partnership.
Create momentum through early success.

We'd rather help you embed a small number of approaches really well than introduce 17 ideas that disappear when the next initiative arrives.

YEARS 2–3

Build on What Works.

As confidence, trust and momentum grow, we review the evidence together.

What's working? What have we learned? What do your young people and educators need next?

From there, we can begin adding another 3–4 layers of provision, creating a deeper and increasingly connected approach to wellbeing.

YEARS 3–4

Embed the Culture.

Over time, the ambition is for RISE Up to stop feeling like another programme.

Relationships, movement and self-care become increasingly embedded into how your setting works.

Your educators have the confidence and tools to adapt provision around the young people they know best.

Wellbeing becomes something that permeates school life rather than another initiative sitting alongside it.

Start focused. Build confidence and trust. Create momentum. Add layers. Embed culture.

Does It Make a Difference?

38% -

Average improvement in young people's mental wellbeing

35 percentage points

- Average improvement in whole-school wellbeing provision

The numbers matter.

But behind them are young people feeling safer and more connected, developing strategies to regulate, re-engaging with movement and school, and building stronger relationships with trusted adults.

And educators feeling more confident that they have practical tools they can actually use.

Same Principles. Different Solutions.

One school might develop a RISE Up Sport Sanctuary.

Another might focus on emotionally available adults and relational practice.

Another might rethink PE for young people who don't currently feel it is for them.

Elsewhere, the priority might be active play, regulation breaks, enrichment, pupil leadership, transition, staff wellbeing or family engagement.

For PE teams, it might mean exploring how relationships, choice, movement and emotional safety can help young people who have disengaged from traditional PE reconnect with physical activity.

There are more than 17 possibilities. Your school might start with just 2–4.

Because the question isn't:

“How much RISE Up can we implement?”

It's:

“What will make the biggest difference to our young people?”

What Would You Like to Be Different by Next Summer?

Maybe you already know.

Maybe you're still trying to work it out.

Either is fine.

You don't need to know which intervention you need.

You don't need to arrive with a finished wellbeing strategy.

And you certainly don't need another generic programme added to your workload.

Start by telling us what you're trying to change.

We'll listen.  We'll understand your young people, your educators and your context.

And if we're the right partner, we'll stand alongside you to build something that works for your school.
