Why Future Leaders?

Young people are navigating challenges around belonging, identity, relationships, emotional wellbeing and harmful social influences.

Sometimes they don't need another assembly or behaviour intervention. They need trusted relationships, honest conversations and opportunities to make a positive difference.

Future Leaders helps schools:

  • Build belonging through safe, supportive relationships.

  • Develop healthier attitudes towards identity, respect and relationships.

  • Strengthen emotional awareness and communication.

  • Empower young leaders to become positive role models.

  • Create lasting change through staff development and peer support.

The programme is tailored to your school's needs, whether your focus is boys' wellbeing, healthy relationships, belonging or student leadership.

Real Impact. Real Young People - St David's College, Llandudno

60+ young people involved across every year group.

60% of the original senior group now voluntarily mentor younger students (12 of 20).
