RISE UP STUDENT WELLBEING JOURNALS

Front cover.jpeg

A Little Journal. A Big Investment in Their Future.

Help young people build confidence, healthy habits and self-care skills for life.

37 weeks of engaging, screen-free wellbeing activities, movement, reflection and retrieval practice - helping young people discover what works for them.

More Than a Journal. A Toolkit for Life.

We teach young people valuable strategies to look after their wellbeing. But how do we help them remember and use those strategies beyond the classroom?

Our RISE Up Student Wellbeing Journals give young people their own space to explore emotions, reflect on experiences, practise self-care strategies and celebrate progress.

Make Learning Stick

Use retrieval practice to revisit and recall wellbeing strategies, helping young people apply what they've learned in everyday life.

Encourage Healthy Habits

Swap screen time for movement, meaningful conversations, practical challenges and personal reflection.

Build Confidence and Independence

Help young people recognise their strengths, understand their emotions and develop their own personalised self-care toolkit.
