Help young people remember, practise and use the wellbeing strategies you're teaching them.

We're excited to launch our new RISE Up Student Wellbeing Journals, developed in collaboration with Tony Corcoran, creator of GCSE Simplified.

When I was teaching Year 10 and 11, Tony's revision guides were a game changer. Our young people loved them, they made retrieval practice simple, and they were an affordable way for our school to invest in their learning.

Now we're bringing that same practical approach to wellbeing.

37 weeks of colourful, engaging, screen-free activities to help young people build self-care skills for life.

Why use them?

Our RISE Up lessons help young people develop emotional intelligence and discover self-care strategies, building on the safety, connection and regulation created through relationships and movement.

The journals help that learning stick by supporting young people to:

✅ Recall and summarise key learning

✅ Practise and reflect on self-care strategies

✅ Build personalised self-care toolkits

✅ Develop healthy habits they can use beyond school

Who could benefit?

🎯 Year 6 to Year 7 transition groups preparing for secondary school

🎯 Whole Year 7 cohorts developing confidence, belonging and positive relationships

🎯 Young people with SEMH needs who would benefit from additional wellbeing support

🎯 Care-experienced children supported by Virtual Schools developing emotional intelligence and self-care skills

🎯 Pupils receiving meaningful rewards for kindness, resilience, effort and progress

Schools often celebrate achievements with chocolate, sweets or pizza.

There's nothing wrong with an occasional treat, but what if we could also give young people something they can keep, revisit and use throughout the year?

16 Journals for Our RISE Up Partner Schools

Every school participating in our RISE Up 2026/27 Programme of Support receives 16 journals for its key focus group.

These can support targeted wellbeing work or be gifted to young people, including care-experienced children supported by Virtual Schools.

How Can You Get Them?

Our RISE Up Student Wellbeing Journals are now available to order.

£4.99 per journal, plus postage and packaging. Minimum order: 10.

Whether you're investing in a whole year group, supporting a targeted group or recognising young people's achievements, we'd love to help.

Our aim is simple: make it easier for busy educators to help young people build self-care skills that last a lifetime.
