What a Year: National Recognition, Global Growth and a Huge Thank You to Educators

As the academic year comes to a close, we want to say a heartfelt thank you to every educator and multi-agency partner who’s been part of the RISE Up journey this year.

In a world where young people face huge challenges — from 1 million currently accessing or waiting for mental health support, to the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences, social media neglect and the uncertain future of work in an AI age — your role has never been more important.

We see you. We thank you. And we hope you get the break you so deserve 💛

Ending the Year on a High: National Recognition🏆

We’re incredibly proud to share that Future Action has been named the Leading Student Wellbeing Teacher Training Course in the UK Enterprise Awards 2025!

What a way to round off the academic year — with our mission now growing across the UK and 4 continents.

This award is for:

💛 the inspiring children we partner with

🤝 our brilliant multi-agency partners and supporters

🧠 and the hero educators transforming young lives every day

Looking Ahead 🚀

In 2025/26 we’ll continue to grow the RISE Up movement — supporting brilliant educators to:

  • Use movement for mental wellbeing, regulation and belonging

  • Equip young people with self-care wellbeing toolkits

  • Create psychologically safe school environments

And most importantly — put relationships and resilience at the heart of school life.

We’ve got exciting new regional programmes launching in September, including Oxfordshire RISE Up, Devon RISE Up and Knowsley RISE Up, and plans to further develop our international work — empowering educators to give children more opportunities to move, regulate, and connect.
